Research and Conservation
Symposium
Common hamster & in field conservation
We are happy to provide you with exciting and divers topics in Research & Conservation for the eight edition of the Research & Conservation Symposium, on the 28th of November 2025.
The central topics will be the common hamster & in field conservation.
It is also possible to arrive early at a set timeslot and explore the zoo. At the end of the day we hope to welcome you at the network reception, where you can enjoy some food, drinks and good company!
Together we support conservation!
For our administration we would like to ask you to register your partaking. We ask an entrance fee of € 2,50 per person which will go to Gaia Nature Fund (non-refundable). This year the sum of the fees will go entirely to the conservation efforts for the critacally endangered common hamster in the Netherlands.
Registration for the Symposium has closed. Still want to join? Please contact t.remmits@gaiazoo.nl or r.havik@gaiazoo.nl.
